AirAsia Indonesia grounding all flights
From tomorrow, AirAsia Group will ground all remaining flights in its core Southeast Asia market.
The last two regional units still operating flights, in Indonesia and Thailand, will halt services on April 1.
AirAsia Indonesia said all domestic services will be cancelled until April 21 and international flights until May 17.
Change fees are being waived and credit vouchers will be issued which can be used over the next 12 months.

The airline has come under constant criticism since it began cancelling flights due to the corona virus pandemic.
The airline recently scrapped all local call centres in favour of its chatbot ‘Ava’ but that has led to an avalanche of complaints on social media due to the bot’s inflexibility and various other tech issues.
“AirAsia Indonesia will keep monitoring the the situation and conduct anticipative measures,” the airline said.
All affected customers will be notified of the cancelled flights via email and SMS.
