Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort Spa Wellness Offering
The new ZoiA Spa encourages guests to find balance through the Spa’s emphasis on energy, purity, serenity and devotion. Spa therapists use face masks, shields and gloves during treatments. Air purifiers sanitize the air through patented UV germicidal technology in each of the six treatment rooms. The spa menu offers a variety of treatments ranging from Aruba Sun Rescue using local aloe to Island Breeze with pineapple sugar scrub. Another highlight of the new ZoiA Spa is Massage den Awa, a gentle form of body therapy performed in the new adults-only Trankilo pool for deep relaxation that combines elements of massage, shiatsu, and muscle stretching. Trankilo features 10 spacious and private cabanas that include a shower, smart TV, minibar, crudités, island aloe products, a sofa and much more. Guests can receive spa treatments in select cabanas as well. The ZoiA Spa will be offering a different monthly special during 2021 ranging from a 50-minute Dushi Massage with Rose massage oil and a glass of champagne in honor of Mother’s Day during the month of May and a “Fall into Relaxation” special during October and November that consists of a 25-minute Pumpkin Spice exfoliation, 25-minute massage with coconut oil and a 25-minute foot massage, for $190.
The resort recently hired a Wellness and Wellbeing Ambassador who focuses on working with guests on three key areas, feel, fuel and function, if they are interested in improving their wellbeing while at the resort. The manager creates and enhances experiences related to wellness and mindfulness such as aerial and beach yoga, meditation, and water and land excursions.
The new wellness program “Rise and Shine” consists of various daily classes including aerial yoga, meditation and Tai Chi to help attendees unwind. There are also full moon yoga classes every month at the Big Palapa that will help guests restore energy and celebrate the beauty of the full moon. The resort is now also offering a new Master Mixology class featuring Green Bar Distillery organic liquors every Sunday at Palms Beach Bar. Guests receive instructions on beginner bartending for one hour, explanation of selected liquors, a certificate, recipe cards and two custom drinks.
