JetBlue has announced a partnership with Gladly to enable JetBlue customers to use live chat directly within the JetBlue app.
Customers can chat with the airline’s customer support team in real-time.
JetBlue also offers customer support communication via voice call, email, text and social messaging.
“Our partnership with Gladly has always been about meeting customers where they are, on any channel they choose,” said JetBlue vice president Frankie Littleford.
We’re excited to extend the convenience for customers to chat with our team without ever having to leave our mobile app.”
The app’s chat feature is similar to other customer-agent communications the airline uses, and can be integrated in a single interface.
This means customers have the option to switch communication modes mid-conversation if needed.
The iOS version is now live with Android rolling out in the coming weeks.
